BookInnTime is a booking platform for independent service businesses — barbers, gyms, trainers, tutors, cleaners and the rest — and the customers looking for them.
What we are trying to do
A small service business lives or dies on its calendar. Filling it usually means a phone ringing mid-appointment, a diary behind the counter, and messages spread across whichever apps customers happen to use.
The software sold to fix that tends to ask for a lot in return: an app the customer has to download, an account before a price is shown, a percentage of every booking, and a brand sitting above the business's own.
BookInnTime takes a narrower job. A business gets one page and one link. A customer opens the link, sees real availability, and books — no download, no account, no password. That is the whole product, and most of what follows is a consequence of it.
How we decide things
Local actually means local
You only see businesses that can serve you. A result four thousand kilometres away is noise, not a listing.
No invented numbers
Every figure on this site is counted from real records. We would rather show a small true number than a large invented one.
The business owns its customers
Your link, your page, your payments. Nothing here is designed to make leaving expensive.
Where we are
Early. BookInnTime is being built in the open, a working product rather than a waiting list, and the businesses on it now are shaping what gets made next.
If you run a service business and something here does not fit how you actually work, that is worth telling us. Most of what has been built so far came from exactly that.
