Questions
Frequently asked
I can't log in
- Check the email and password. A wrong password and an unknown email show the same message, on purpose.
- Forgotten it? Reset your password. Customer accounts reset the same way from their login page.
- Signed up with Google? Use “Continue with Google” instead of a password.
I never got my confirmation or reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first. Emails can take a few minutes; if it still hasn't arrived, try again, then email us with the address you used and we'll sort it out.
It says my email is already taken
Only one account can exist per email address. If it's yours, log in or reset your password. If you no longer have access to that inbox, contact us with a way to confirm it's really you.
How do I cancel a booking, and will I get a refund?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or your account. If you paid online and cancel before the business’s free-cancellation window, everything comes back automatically. The full rules, with a calculator, are on Refunds & cancellations.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Just leave your name, email and phone when you book. An account is optional and only keeps your bookings and favourite businesses in one place.
How do businesses get paid?
Businesses connect their own Stripe account. Customer payments and deposits go straight to the business's bank account through Stripe. BookInnTime doesn't take a commission.
My business account is suspended
Accounts are only suspended by a person, for a specific reason. If you think it was a mistake, email us and we'll look into it.
A page isn't loading or looks broken
Reload it first — that fixes most problems. If it keeps happening, try another browser or device, then email us what you were doing and any message you saw.
Still stuck? Talk to a person.
Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. If it’s about account access, we may ask you to confirm it’s you first.
We never ask for your password.
