Design
Interfaces a stranger can use on the first try, without a tour or a tooltip.
Working with businesses
Sitting with real shops, seeing how they actually run a day, and bringing that back.
If you want to be first to know
Send a note through the contact page saying what you do and what you would want to work on. There is no form, no tracking system, and no automated reply — it goes to a person.
Using the product and telling us where it falls down is, genuinely, the strongest possible introduction.
