Questions people ask

Will it stay free?
Booking is free for customers, always. For businesses, the core booking page is free while BookInnTime is getting established; if that ever changes, it will be announced here first and existing businesses will be told well before anything changes. Nothing starts charging without you choosing it.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. When a business connects Stripe, the customer's payment goes straight to that business's own account. BookInnTime never sits in the middle of the money. Stripe's standard card fees apply to online payments.
What is Pro, then?
Pro is the only thing BookInnTime charges for: an optional subscription a business pays us directly for extra tools — rewards, the promo designer, deeper analytics, custom branding and ranking above non-Pro businesses. It has nothing to do with what your own customers pay. Cancel any time and keep it until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my bookings if I leave?
They are yours. Closing an account removes your page and your login; bookings you already took stay on record so both sides keep their history.
